At Uvalde Meat Market & Processing, we offer slaughter services for a variety of animals.  We can expertly process beef and hogs.

Schedule a Drop Off

Any animals you bring to us will need a slaughter date scheduled first.  Call us at 830-278-6247 to schedule your appointment.  We will need to know the type of animal and how many animals in advance.

 
If you are a new customer then we will be glad to go over all the processing instructions so you will get back items that your family will use.
 
We Vacuum Pack and Label All Cuts so you will know what is in your freezer.
